These Terms of Service govern access to synthexlabsusa.com and purchases from Synthex Labs LLC (“Synthex Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

1. Seller identity

The seller and website operator is Synthex Labs LLC, 945 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. Customer support is available at support@synthexlabs.com.

2. Purchaser eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified laboratory research purchaser legally permitted to order, receive, store, and handle the material. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable institutional, federal, state, and local requirements.

We may request reasonable business or research-use information and may decline or cancel an order that appears intended for personal, medical, veterinary, food, cosmetic, or other prohibited use.

3. Product information

We aim to describe product identity, quantity, pack options, pricing, available batch information, and research-use limitations accurately. Images and available batch documents form part of the product information but do not guarantee a research outcome or establish suitability for a particular protocol.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment does not require us to accept an order. An order is accepted when it passes payment, availability, destination, and eligibility review. We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, the address cannot be verified, the transaction presents a fraud risk, or the order conflicts with these terms.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars. The product page shows the total product price before checkout, and standard US shipping is free. Payment is processed through Stripe's hosted checkout under Stripe's applicable terms. Synthex Labs does not collect or store full payment-card details.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing windows, delivery estimates, claims, return eligibility, RMA requirements, fees, and refund timing are stated in the Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website or products for unlawful purposes; misrepresent your identity, age, eligibility, or intended use; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with website operation; copy the website in a misleading way; or purchase for human or animal consumption.

8. Research responsibility

You are responsible for appropriate facilities, trained personnel, storage, handling, waste disposal, institutional approvals, and legal review. Information on this website is general product and policy information, not medical, veterinary, legal, safety, or protocol advice.

9. Intellectual property

The Synthex Labs name, website design, original text, graphics, and product presentation are owned by Synthex Labs LLC or used with permission. You may view the website for legitimate purchasing and informational purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without written permission.

10. Website availability

We work to keep the website and checkout available and accurate, but temporary maintenance, provider outages, security events, or errors may occur. We may correct errors and update website content without notice, subject to obligations for orders already accepted.

11. Limitation and applicable rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synthex Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from misuse of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. The terms in effect when an order is accepted govern that order unless a change is required by law.
