Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 August 2026
This policy explains how Synthex Labs LLC collects and uses personal information through synthexlabsusa.com, checkout, customer support, and order fulfillment.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Name, email, phone number, billing and delivery details submitted during Stripe checkout.
- Order number, correspondence, claim photographs, return information, or documentation questions sent to support.
- Age, business, laboratory, eligibility, or intended research-use information when reasonably required to review an order.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser and device information, referring page, viewed pages, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar identifiers used for security, website operation, analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement.
Payment information: Payment-card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout. Synthex Labs may receive transaction status, payment method type, amount, contact details, and fraud-screening results, but does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
2. Why we use information
- To review, accept, process, ship, track, cancel, return, or refund orders.
- To verify addresses, age, purchaser eligibility, permitted destinations, and potential fraud.
- To answer questions and manage claims or batch-documentation requests.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and checkout journey.
- To measure advertising and understand how visitors reach and use the website.
- To comply with tax, accounting, traceability, legal, and regulatory obligations.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, complete transactions, measure the website, protect rights, or comply with law. Providers may include:
- Stripe for hosted checkout, payment processing, fraud screening, and refunds.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, security, DNS, and network logs.
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment providers for packing, delivery, tracking, returns, and claims.
- Google Tag Manager and related Google services for website measurement and conversion attribution.
- Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and attribution.
- Microsoft Clarity for website interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session-level diagnostics.
- Email, accounting, legal, and technical providers when necessary for support and business operations.
- Authorities or advisers when disclosure is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Security and operational technologies help deliver and protect the website. Analytics and advertising technologies may recognize a browser, measure visits and actions, connect an advertisement with a later visit, or produce aggregated reports. Browser settings and provider controls can limit some of these technologies, although blocking necessary storage may affect site functionality.
5. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Order, payment, tax, and accounting records may be kept for up to 7 years; support and claim records normally for up to 3 years after the last interaction; and analytics or advertising data according to the applicable provider settings and legal requirements. Information may be retained longer when necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
6. Security
The website uses HTTPS and access to order and support information is limited to people and providers that need it. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a legally reportable incident occurs, we will provide required notices.
7. Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; limit or object to certain processing; or opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as defined by applicable law.
Submit a request to support@synthexlabs.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify the request before responding and may retain information that law requires us to keep. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Age limitation
This website is intended for purchasers aged 21 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
9. External services
The website may link to Stripe, laboratories, carriers, or other services. Their privacy policies govern information collected directly by them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
