Shipping & Return Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Synthex Labs LLC are processed, shipped, claimed, returned, and refunded. Review it before ordering.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, normally leave the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on a US public holiday normally leave the next business day.

During a batch release, promotion, carrier interruption, or manual eligibility review, processing may require an additional business day. If an order will be delayed beyond that, we will contact the purchaser by email.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase. If expedited service is available, the cost and service will be quoted before the purchaser agrees to it.

Carrier and delivery estimates

• Continental United States: normally 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: normally 3–7 business days.
• APO, FPO, and DPO addresses: normally 2–4 weeks; tracking may pause after transfer to the military postal system.

Orders are sent by USPS or an equivalent tracked carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, or carrier delays. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts or scans the shipment. If tracking has not arrived within one business day of the order confirmation, check spam and promotions folders before contacting support.

Delivery address

The purchaser is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins.

If an address is incomplete or fails verification, we may request confirmation. If we receive no response within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Packages marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered,” check with other occupants, building reception, nearby delivery locations, and neighbors, then allow 24 hours because some carrier scans occur early. Contact the carrier to open a missing-mail claim and email us if supporting documents are required.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email support@synthexlabs.com within 3 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the outer package, bottle, and tamper seal. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

If the wrong item was sent, a bottle arrived broken, or the tamper seal was compromised in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover authorized return shipping.

Returns and RMA requirement

Because the products are research materials, only unopened and unused product in its original packaging with an intact tamper seal may be eligible for return. The purchaser must:

• request the return within 3 days of delivery;
• email the order number and reason to support@synthexlabs.com;
• receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and authorized return address before sending anything.

Returns sent without an RMA, to the business correspondence address, or to any unauthorized location may be refused. The authorized return location may differ from our business address.

Items that cannot be returned

• Opened or used product.
• Product with a broken, missing, or damaged tamper seal, except verified transit damage.
• Requests received more than 3 days after delivery.
• Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the purchaser.
• Orders that violate applicable destination restrictions.

Refunds

Unless the item was incorrect or damaged in transit, the purchaser pays return shipping and should use a tracked and insured service. After an authorized return arrives and passes inspection, the product cost is refunded to the original payment method, less any disclosed non-refundable shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection. The purchaser's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order cancellation

Email us as soon as possible. If processing has not begun, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Once a shipping label has been generated or the order has been dispatched, the return terms above apply.
